Muletone Audio jabe released Brazilian Series Tamborim 2 for full version Kontakt users (version 5.8 and above) and it’s available at an intro price.
Very common in Brazilian music, The Tamborim reveals much of the percussive wealth of Brazil. Used mainly by “samba schools” (Escolas de Samba) of Rio de Janeiro and traditional Sambas.
Recording using a pair of Neumann KM184, a Royer M122, a Shure SM57 and a Neumann U87. The preamp section used was a UA 2610, API 512A and Grace M501, routed in a Symphony Apogee.
Brazilian Series: Tamborim 2 comes with more than 60 loops, in addition to the single Hits. Two Types of Tamborins are used.
In the new session we have a performance of the percussion Guru, Robson Batata, bringing an extensive variation of rhythms and grooves.
