Sonixinema have released Bowed Metals, a Kontakt library that’s available at an intro price – the offer ends January 26th – £49 (post offer £69). It’s been made for use with the freely available Kontakt Player.
Bowed Metals is the final instalment in our Experiments Series of instruments for the free Kontakt Player. Featuring a handpicked collection of Vibraphones, Crotales, Cymbals and Waterphones, performed by virtuoso percussionist, Huw Wilkinson. Huw is one of London’s top session musicians, and has performed on scores for blockbusters such as Shazam, Ant Man, Downton Abbey and many more. Together with Huw, we recorded a collection of delicate bowed textures, creating a unique library of percussion as you’ve never heard it before, which is perfect for ambient and cinematic scores.
