A Sneak Peek At What Martinic Have Coming

Contrary to their usual Marketing strategy, rarity synth modeling gurus Martinic have decided to reveal their next project ahead of its release which involves a collaboration with Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA (US).

Sourcing Instruments To Model

Every new plugin we create starts with the search to find a physical vintage instrument and sometimes repairing it to factory specs before we begin our modelling process. As you can imagine, some instruments are very difficult to find. The RMI Harmonic Synth is definitely one of those instruments!

A Perfect Match

After much discussion, Martinic and Muhlenberg College have reached a collaborative agreement which involves a loan of the instrument to Martinic for the purpose of restoring it and creating a fully functional software version using our ACE method of plugin development. Our lead, Martin Broerse has also begun participating in classes via video conference to share with students at Muhlenberg more about our process.
