The way Chillout Engine works is you load it on a track of your DAW. Open the plugin and import your MIDI chord progression. Or let ChilloutEngine generate a chord progression for you. Then select a preset which if you like you can drag and drop the MIDI parts in to a separate MIDI track within your DAW – it’s as simple as that!!
The difference between Standard & Pro versions
The Engine is available in two versions, the Standard and Pro versions. The Pro version contains a MIDI mass-exporter that makes it easy to create multiple files in seconds. Purchasing the Standard version entitles you to use all the generated phrases and melodies in your own productions (both commercial and free releases) however if you want to sell the generated MIDI packs to other musicians you’ll need to purchase a Pro license. Apart from that, both versions are the same.
ChilloutEngine is available to PC and Mac users (VST and AU).
