Theloops have released a new vocal instrument for Kontakt users. Ethnic Voices is available at the intro price of $19.00, increasing to $29.00 after the promotion.
Ethnic voices is a unique vocal instrument for beatmakers, composers, and sound designers, developed for urban music genre production. Its authentic traditional Slavic female vocal sample library offers unorthodox sounds designed for two layer playback performance: balance between rhythmic loops and one shot samples.
The instrument is played by simultaneously triggering two types of sounds: Multi Layer and One Shot Layer. Play chords, single melodies and use the balance knob to blend the layers. Multi layers are short looping phrases that are locked into your session’s tempo. One shot layers are 1-3 second long samples of vowels, adlibs or chants. There are 75 multi layer samples and 69 one shot layer samples.
Industry-standard Kontakt sampler provides the instrument with powerful array of sound effects. Reverb, delay, filter cutoff, tape overdrive and more effect settings are pre-designed under the hood and waiting to be automated for lively sound creation.
Ethnic Voices requires a full version of Kontakt 6.6.1 or later.
