Stone

Stone is a collection of 16 instruments grouped together by texture and timbre, lovingly recorded and processed to eke out unique qualities. Aimed at film, media and theatre composers, the tool-sets featured in Stone are immediate to use and experiment with.

The 4 layered banks in Stone are akin to a composer toolkit that is immediate to use and adapt. Sculpting the sound with the built in effects processing allows you to add character or create something more experimental.

Coda

Coda is a collaboration between Murst and modular artist Cléry, this project focuses on the grey area between music and sound design where you can find exciting nuances in texture and timbre. The 350+ loops and one-shots can be used to start a track from scratch, or build complex risers and layered sound design. All of the loops have been recorded at 120bpm, and can be time-stretched in your DAW to fit your composition. Now including 35 presets for Ableton Live

Coda is a sample pack. So, all you need to start working with the CODA sample pack is a way of manipulating, layering or triggering audio. A computer/laptop with your favourite DAW is the perfect way to get cracking, or an audio sampler such as the Digitakt or even a granular processor like the Tasty Chips GR-1

Legato Cello

This library is a legato, monophonic version of the Cello featured in the Pivot bank of Stone. It focuses on the articulation and expression of a solo Cello. The recording was made with one very close mic and one room mic, capturing a lovely bow texture and resonance from the body of the Cello. The instrument features three velocity layers and scripted vibrato to add articulation.

Glass

Explore a world of undulating and evolving looped textures in 4 instruments. Each instrument comprises of 16 selectable sound sources – analogue basses and pads, studio recorded acoustic strings and woodwinds, deep modular synths and granular processed sound design.

The instruments require a free or full version of Kontakt 6.3.1 or later.
