Korneff Audio have announced they will soon be releasing a peak limiter known as El Juan. There’s no information on pricing and availability at the moment.
After receiving numerous requests from the audio community for a new peak limiter in response to a popular audio company’s (recently reversed) decision to drop perpetual licenses, Korneff Audio set out to create their own version.
Korneff Audio’s goal was to design a peak limiter with a familiar transparent sound, fast attack time, and easy-to-use interface that you know and love while adding their own unique touch under the hood.
There’s still a lot to do, but they’re very pleased with the progress so far.
As with their other Korneff Audio plugins, El Jaun should be available to PC and Mac users (VST3, AU and AAX) and will require an iLok account.
