  • Copperhead Synth – from $11.99 to $7.99
  • Visual Reverb – from $7.99 to $5.99
  • Visual Compressor – from $7.99 to $5.99
  • Visual EQ Console – from $7.99 to $5.99

Neon Audio Editor

Neon is a lightweight digital audio editor and recording plugin compatible with any AUv3 host. It supports most major iOS file formats, and allows simple drag and drop between plugins. The editor allows you to import audio from a file or the system clipboard, as well as the ability to record incoming audio.

As an editor it supports all the usual functionality you would expect as well as being able to edit samples on a per sample basis at extreme zoom levels.

Neon also contains a number of built in effects that can be applied to the whole file or a selection. Effects can be previewed and tweaked prior to applying an effect.

Neon can also be used as a clip launcher within an AUv3 Host, with the ability to remotely trigger one shot or looped samples. The Warp function can automatically adjust the tempo of a clip to the host tempo without affecting pitch.

Neon also features a slicer which allows you to cut up a sample into multiple slices that can be played back via an incoming MIDI controller.

Copperhead

Copperhead is an AUv3 digital subtractive synthesizer plugin which draws its influence from the vintage synthesizers of the early 80’s. Only now we have full polyphony, a build in arpeggiator, an a host of integrated effects. It features such as the ability to design custom waveforms, oscillator sync and various cross modulation modes. Cross modulation is a type of FM synthesis which can be used to morph simplistic waveforms into something far more aggressive and interesting.

At the heart of Copperhead are its two oscillators, which support all your traditional waveforms (SINE,SQR,SAW,TRI), as well as SuperSaw, Trapezium, and a user definable type. The app features pulse wave modulation for multiple sources, and the ability to sync oscillators.

The Voltage Controller Filter supports the usual LP, HP, BP and Notch filters, as well as a couple of unusual ones like Formant which allows you to sweep your cutoff to create interesting vowel sounds.

Copperhead also features twin LFO’s with random and one shot functionality. It also supports Cross, Ring and FM modulators, in addition to low and high shelf filters.

One of the great features is the integrated audio gate, which allows you to generate stuttering audio right out of the box. Combined with effects such as Chorus, Overdrive, Delay, Reverb and Auto Pan / Tremelo, and the ability to specify effect order, you have a lot of control over your sound.

If that wasn’t enough, we also include a 32 step sequencer, with various mono and poly modes with direct control control of various synth elements.

We have a built in Preset Manager which groups presets into banks and groups, which supports drag and drop for easy import/export of presets. You can also access your favourites from a special popup menu, or via the built in quick search facility.

Visual Reverb

Visual Reverb is a studio quality plate reverb with multi-band EQ and the ability to analyse audio in real time giving an accurate and reliable spectrum representation of your signal flow.

This reverb simulates the sound of those famous plate reverbs of old with high levels of diffusion it has a very smooth and pleasing reverb trail which can be tuned to suite using the EQ provided. It includes your typical set of 4 parametric filters which can be used to directly effect the reverb trail in isolation or if required the entire mix. This can be used in addition to the low and high pass filters which effect the reverb trail only.

We use a high quality highly hardware optimised FFT to plot the frequency response through the reverb so you can see exactly what effect the EQ changes are having on the reverb trail. The scrolling interface automatically adjusts to the hosts window size to allow a double height display in an appropriate DAW.

One of the great features of this reverb is the ability to create ducking reverb trails so that the reverb doesn’t swamp your vocals and make an incoherent mess. You also have the ability to sync the pre-delay to the host tempo of your DAW.

We also include a Compressor / Limiter section to ensure those EQ settings never get too aggressive. This is a specialised compressor that allows you to use either the reverb output as a control signal or the input signal. This allows you to emphesise reverb trails and create swells which follow a vocal line.

You can load and save custom presets as well as copy and paste settngs between instances. This is great if you need to setup multiple instances with the same settings.

Visual Compressor

Visual Compressor is a 4 band compressor/expander which has the ability to analyse audio in real time giving an accurate and reliable spectrum representation of your signal as well as visual feedback of compression or expansion levels. It’s uses range from final mastering of songs to dynamic manipulation and EQing of drum tracks.

What makes this different from a normal compressor is the ability to compress or expand frequency ranges rather than the whole mix, with up to 4 bands available. This allows you to say tighten up a wayward snare drum while adding that extra punch to the bass drum while leaving the rest of the track intact.

Each of the 4 configurable frequency bands can be modified using drag and drop operations directly on the graph making it easy to understand and quick to configure. Turn on the labelling option for colour coded details. Each band can function as an EQ allowing raising and lowering the bands gain by +/-24dB. You can assign either a compressor or expander to each of the bands.

The compressor allows you to compress excessively loud sounds that exceed a specified threshold. Each band has configurable attack, release and ratio settings.

The expander can be used to expand sound exceeding the threshold while compressing anything below it. This makes it useful for adding dynamics or even for noise reduction of a specific band.

Each band has mute and solo buttons so you can audition what is coming through a certain band, great for use during band frequency setup. There is also a bypass option which removes a band from use and reduces CPU load.

You can load and save custom presets as well as copy and paste settngs between instances. This is great if you need to setup multiple instances with the same settings.

One of the cool features is the ability to save up to 3 mixes and switch between them for comparision. These mixes are actually saved as part of custom presets and as the saved state in your DAW.

Visual EQ Console

Visual EQ Console is a studio quality multi-band EQ console with the ability to analyse audio in real time giving an accurate and reliable spectrum representation of the frequency response.

It includes your typical set of 4 parametric filters which are stable even when parameters are being changed. We also include low and high shelf as well as low and high pass filters, that’s 10 filters in all.

4Pockets use a high quality highly hardware optimised FFT to plot the frequency response through the filters so you can see exactly what effect your changes are having on the sound. The scrolling interface automatically adjusts to the hosts window size to allow a double height display in an appropriate DAW.

One of the main problems with most Studio type EQ’s is they don’t give a true representation of the frequency response, often hiding the inpact of low and high pass / shelf filters on the frequency response. This plugin accurately tracks the response all the way through the audio chain and is backed up by the spectrum analyser so you can be confident that it is having the desired effect.

We also include a Compressor / Limiter section to ensure those settings never get too aggressive.

You can load and save custom console presets as well as copy and paste settngs between instances. This is great if you need to setup multiple instances with the same settings.

Plenty of options are tucked away under the hood so as not to clutter the display.
