Part 1
Captured in Sunset Sound’s Studio 2, this EZX has legend written all over it from the outset. Add to that Michael Ilbert’s expertly designed signal chains and recording techniques applied to some of the most recorded drum kits on the LA scene – curated, tuned and prepped by someone equally notable on the LA studio circuit: Ross Garfield from the noted Drum Doctors.
