SampleScience have released Organic Alien Drones Light, available as a FREE download, donations are welcomed.
Organic Alien Drones Light comprises a set of 15 drones that have been crafted by modulating synthesizer chords with field recordings.
These drones were created using two distinct techniques: the first method involves the use of a vocoder, while the second employs convolution.
The outcome is both peculiar and musical, making it valuable for crafting soundscapes from another world.

- 15 experimental ambient drones
- Distortion, Delay, Chorus, Reverb
- Multi-LFO
- Highpass/Lowpass filter
- Amplitude range controls
- 3 voice modes: polyphonic, monophonic, and legato
Note: Due to their experimental nature, some of the drones begin at a lower volume than others. All the drones are 30 seconds or more samples stretched across the keyboard.
Organic Alien Drones Light is available to PC and Mac users (VST2, VST3 and AU).
