Quantovox Release The Panning Effects Bundle

Hot on the heels of the recent release of Mid-Side Continuum, Quantovox have now released a bundle which includes Mid-Side Continuum and True Pan, available for only $5.99, $10.98 if purchased separately.

True Pan’s algorithm is now available on both iOS and macOS, in our new Audio Unit called Mid-Side Continuum.

Both plugins utilize the same width-preserving and lossless panning method that rotates the entire stereo field. This allows both plugins to pan reverb-rich samples or adjust field recordings among other uses. Listed below is a brief summary of the key features and differences (please refer to the individual apps’ pages for a more exhaustive description).

True Pan:

  • iOS only
  • 360-degree range (fixed)
  • Multiple LFO types
  • Supports both lossless rotations and stronger transformations

Mid-Side Continuum:

  • iOS and macOS supported
  • Standard L – R range (adjustable)
  • Change or modulate the stereo character of other plugins without extra routing
  • Functions as a fractional Mid-Side encoder/decoder
  • Lossless rotations only
