Committed to delivering genuine live instrument experiences, Organic Loops is thrilled to reveal its newest offering: Romani Strings. This collection showcases high-quality bowed strings, providing a dynamic and diverse selection of styles and technique all royalty-free. The loops are of exceptional quality and play beautifully between 110 to 205 BPM, giving you a wide range of tempos to experiment with.
Romani Strings was recorded at Just Hear Audio by two brothers who happen to be students at a conservatory in Košice, Slovakia. Coming from a gypsy settlement in Eastern Slovakia, Miro Berko expertly played the violins and violas, and his brother skillfully handled the contrabass. This unique sample pack weaves together Hungarian and Slovak folk music, with a special nod to the Hungarian national folk music, Czarads, rooted in the tradition of Sinti, which is traditional gypsy music.
The versatility of Romani Strings unfolds through an array of techniques, including pizzicato, seamless legato, nuanced collé, and ethereal flageolet. Each loop is thoughtfully named to guide you easily through different parts and sections, ensuring a harmonious blend of instruments in your creations.
