This bundle includes 297 premium presets, 56 custom wavetables, 18 analog and 28 field recording noise samples for Xfer Records Serum. All patches are built on these wavetables / noises and have an assigned mod wheel along with four useful macros.
CORE unlocks an expansive universe of sound design, with 7 different preset banks to explore. By using this bundle you can cover a wide range of genres while maintaining a coherent cutting-edge sound. What makes Synth Blade presets unique is the attention to detail when it comes to modulation work, creating interesting textures and intentional subtle imperfections (ear candy) which make Serum sound less digital and predictable.
Some of the genres that this bundle was made for are: Electronica, Synthwave, Ambient, Drum and Bass, Downtempo and modern cinematic Soundtracks. In this bundle you will find these types of patches: Bass, leads, synths, pads, keys, plucks, rhythmic synths/stutters, drones and a few FX. The custom Serum wavetables were largely created out of recordings of the analog hardware synths DS Prophet Rev-2, SOMA Pulsar 23 and SOMA Enner. The custom Serum noise samples are based on analog synth sources like the ones above as well as Tascam field recordings.
