Sabroi have released AS Damage, a distortion fx for Ableton Live users, available for $20.00.
AS Damage is a distortion device with a unique set of controls including algorithmic and wave-shaping modes resulting in subtle to extremely trashy tones.
AS Damage includes 2 distortion engines:
Distortion: Engine I (Algorithmic)
- Modes: includes MSG, JFET, Ease Pow/Eas Exp, Folderover, and Quantizer
- Drive: sets the amount of distortion to be applied
- Character: fine-tune the distortion through its additional formula variables
- Feedback: sets the internal feedback within the distortion circuit
- Bias: sets the internal DC offset
Distortion: Engine II (Waveshaper)
- Waveshaper Mode: shapes inspired by some beloved distortion plugins
- User Mode: allows for creation of shapes with a set of function parameters
AS Damage requires Ableton Live Suite 11 or later.
