VSTBuzz are offering 75% off Stigmata by FluidShell Design for a limited time, now only €7.00, (usually €28.00). The offer ends January 31st.
Stigmata is a software synthesizer combining two forms of synthesis: sample playback and wavetables. It was designed as a generator of both melodic and noisy soundscapes for all your musical creations and sound illustration projects.
Stigmata offers a set of 13+7 instruments in NKI format for Kontakt to bring you a composition tool that is both easy to use and extremely rich and inspiring.
To create the samples used in Stigmata, FluidShell Design spent a considerable amount of time researching timbres using instruments with rich sounds.
Rather than investing in an insane amount of equipment that they would probably only need once or twice, it seemed obvious to them to call on friends who have the equipment they don’t. This is how they were able to record hours of various sounds from complex modular synthesizers, historical machines, but also acoustic and electroacoustic instruments.
Whatever the source recorded, it took them days to transform simple recordings into raw material for Stigmata. Because Stigmata is not a simple player of prefabricated sounds, it takes full advantage of Kontakt’s gigantic capacities in terms of resynthesis.
Stigmata is designed as a generator of both melodic and noisy soundscapes and is perfect for but not limited to the following music and sound design genres:
- Cinematic Underscore
- Ambient Music
- Soundscapes
- Sound Design
