Loopmasters and Loopcloud have announced the recent addition of Infinity Choir by Loopmasters.
Introducing Infinity Choir, an enchanting new addition from Loopmasters. The idea of this pack stemmed from a profound cinematic experience, as the producer was moved by the transformative power of choir vocals in film soundtracks. To this day composers like Eric Whitacre and VOCES8 still write new music for large-scale choirs, whose influence resonates through artists such as Radiohead and Bon Iver, thus proving that the potential of choir vocals in modern music is quite powerful. With loops ranging from 60 to 80 BPM, Infinity Choir offers producers a versatile palette of human voices to enrich their compositions across genres like pop, ambient, electronic, and film.
Infinity Choir comprises five distinct musical bodies, each recorded in varying keys, tempos, and moods. These compositions are divided into loops, allowing for seamless integration and endless possibilities in creating diverse musical sections. Moreover, the sample pack encourages cross-pollination among its components, empowering creators to explore a vast array of combinations.
Within each folder, the choir is thoughtfully split up into baritone, tenor, and alto sections, alongside a more melodic section for both tenor and alto registers. Each vocal loop has around 6-8 layers of harmonies, helping to create the sense of a dense choral sound. Recorded with precision using the Gefell M930 microphone and top-tier equipment, the vocals were mixed in Logic Pro X, enhanced by outboard hardware and effects units.
