Audio Modeling Update SWAM Instruments

Audio Modeling have updated their SWAM instruments with new additions. Desktop versions of these instruments vary in price, the iOS versions are each currently $29.99.

What’s new in version 3.7.3:

  • Sound improvements (reduced dispersion behavior)
  • Yamaha XG arranger protocol: new device ID
  • Added Yamaha YDS-120 Default MIDI Preset
  • Added Jamstik Default MIDI Preset
  • Added Exquis Default MIDI Preset
  • Updated LinnStrument MIDI Preset to align with the new LinnStrument Firmware v2.3.3; Preset renamed to “LinnStrument MPE”

SWAM is a precisely modelled range of strings, brass and woodwind instruments that capture the essence of each instrument. SWAM fully utilises MPE to deliver lifelike performances.
