With over 2.5 GB and 981 loops, 80s Rock Riffs is divided into 25 construction kits. Each kit includes a main riff and an outro. The 25 kits range from a solid 80 BPM to 180 BPM. The loops of the main riff are up to 24 seconds long. With its powerful tempo and pitch algorithms, Elastik allows riffs to be combined into longer arrangements, even if they were originally recorded in different tempos or keys.
Three guitars are available for each riff. The first two provide the doubled main riff, while the third takes on more of a lead role. All three guitars are available individually as amp and DI recordings. A separate stereo loop contains a finished mixdown of all three guitars with typical 80s effects. In addition, an electric bass and drums are available for each part. The bass is available in amp and DI versions to ensure maximum flexibility. The drums come as a pre-mixed stereo loop as well as individual tracks for bass drum (inside and outside), snare (top, bottom and trigger), hihat, ride, toms, overheads and room. This gives you full control over your drum mix. In this decade, digital recording techniques and the CD as a medium became established worldwide and the sound of 80s rock riffs reflects this change.
