Zaffre EQ
The Zaffre dual-mono EQ draws inspiration from a rare British mastering equalizer known for its ability to creatively enhance audio and effectively eliminate problematic frequencies without overly impacting the overall signal integrity making it an essential tool for precise and versatile sound sculpting in professional audio applications, ideal for mastering, but also highly effective in mixing contexts. It includes three powerful custom preamplification stages for added versatility and character.
Zaffre Comp
The Zaffre Comp blends inspiration from a British mastering VCA-based compressor/limiter with our Hyper technology, ensuring optimal sound quality and unmatched versatility. The VCA circuit design, originally crafted in Class A, delivers unparalleled precision and dynamic control, along with superb transient response while preserving audio signal integrity. This behavior has been faithfully preserved in our plugin version. What sets it apart from other Acustica compressors is the ability to use the compression and limiting stages independently, but also in series, maintaining the fixed order of compressor followed by limiter when both stages are used together for precise dynamic control.
