Mazetools Soniface Pro
This is the full version of Mazetools Soniface that creates sets with unlimited instruments, scenes and fascinating visuals. Connect music composition with motion-to-sound interface.
The Pro version represents all capabilities of our yearlong development in terms of a creative progress. The Pattern Mode is the essential feature in the context of musical and performative application. Therefore you have a simple, editable list of Patterns on the main screen.
The Pattern Mode enables to build scenes with several instruments and samplers, each with different main settings like tempo, pitch, main EQ, sequence length as well as motion tracking connections.
The additional Visual Interface gives you the possibility to design a whole new look for each scene. The visual corresponds to the sound as well as the motion interaction and main FX. In relation to your device it supports up to 3 display outputs with separate content.
Soniface Pro combines a modular concept with spatial audio abilities. This offers new approaches to audiovisual performances and interactive installations. The desktop version supports surround sound output up to 7.1 speakers. The objects on the display become positioned within the XY field of the surround room.
Soniface Pro does not refer to pro audio but allows you to use all facets of the software. As reference, you will find videos and music of our works (Ectoplastic) which were completely made with it, like multichannel audiovisual performances as will as our musical releases.

Mazetools Mutant
Play live synth, drum, sampler loops with effects on the square surfaces of an interactive hypercube. Mutate your loops and experience them in different perspectives.
Mazetools Mutant lets you make music in loops. On a square surface you play synths, drums, sampler, sequencer, filters and effects. Together, all the instruments form the Hypercube. Hyper- What?. The Hypercube is a space that changes your music multiperspectively….
Think of a record player, play the vinyl from 33 to 45 and everything sounds higher and faster. Conversely from 45 to 33 everything sounds slower and lower. It remains the same song, only the conditions are changed. Mutant works in a similar way. You play in a beat loop, then turn the Hypercube and hear everything from new perspectives.
According to this principle, new ideas and results emerge in the musical process. These don’t have to reach perfection. Mutant stands for experimenting, making loops and exploring sound, it’s the session, the moment and an audio recording that counts.
