Aetheria Choir, originally named Destiny Choir was originally exclusive only to V8P members (which had libraries exclusively available only to members) is now available to everyone! Aetheria is a stunning ensemble of 8 male and 8 female singers, perfectly balanced to deliver a seamless blend of rich lows and soaring highs. Their harmonies span a wide dynamic range, creating an ethereal yet powerful sonic experience sure to captivate.
Recorded in the prestigious orchestral hall that also houses our exclusive V8P series and iconic 8Dio instruments like CAGE, AGE, and Majestica, Aetheria Choir captures the same grandeur. With three meticulously crafted microphone positions (Mixed, Decca, Wide, Spot 1, & Spot 2), every nuance of the performance is preserved. Sharing the same space as our legendary 200-piece choir, Lacrimosa, and featuring 16 of its singers, Aetheria seamlessly matches it by using the same syllables for a truly cohesive pairing.
Aetheria is packed with groundbreaking articulations and innovations never before seen in choir libraries. The True Layered Legato offers a smooth, responsive transition between notes, reacting dynamically to your touch. The multi-vowel recordings let the choir swell from a gentle whisper to a thunderous roar. And with our advanced word/phrase sequencer, you can craft intricate strings of words and phrases with ease.
Boasting a wealth of deep-sampled content, Aetheria features 29 staccatos, 25 sustain types, 11 marcatos, 12 emotive arcs, and an extensive collection of non-tonal vowels, allowing you to craft new and unique vocal textures.
The Aetheria Choir, a 16-piece divisi choir, is designed to pair with the 200-piece Lacrimosa choir, the largest choir ever sampled. This stunning ensemble of 8 male and 8 female singers, are perfectly balanced to deliver a seamless blend of rich lows and soaring highs. With a plethora of options to dial in your sound.
Aetheria contains a new Word Sequencer that allows you to create complicated sequence of syllables, consonants, multi-vowels, and non-tonal sounds. You can sequence up to 64 different articulations. You can also randomize sequences and assign advanced controls. We added non-tonal consonants on top of the keyboard for additional sculpting.
Aetheria features our next-generation true layered legato, which means that the velocity pressure of your keyboard will trigger different legato transitions. The softer you play, the gentler the transition will be. When you play harder, the legato transitions will be faster and stronger. The result is a complete smooth and playable user-friendly experience.
