Loopmasters and Loopcloud have announced the recent addition of Element&002 Chicola – Sound Library by Element&.
The Element& series, started by Guy J, is now continued by Chicola and offers a comprehensive sound bank of 192 samples. Renowned for his distinctive studio techniques, Chicola’s collection features 100% royalty-free sounds recorded at the highest WAV quality. Each sample is organised by BPM, key, and function, enabling producers to create inspiring tracks or use them as stems in DJ sets.
In crafting this sample pack, Chicola used high-end analogue equipment to achieve exceptional sound quality. He utilised the Wes Audio Tube Compressor and the Neve 542 Tape Saturator, adding analogue warmth and depth alongside some of the finest analogue synthesisers, including the Jupiter-6, Juno-60, Moog, Prophet-6, and Oberheim OB-6, to create truly remarkable samples.
The bass collection includes 16-bar bassline loops with variations and modulations, fitting seamlessly with kick drums. The top loop collection offers groovy shakers, cymbals, and rattles, enhancing the upper sound spectrum. The percussion section contains analogue synthesiser beeps, digital lo-fi glitches, live congas, raw percussion, wooden cowbells, and rhythm blocks.
The kick loops provide ready-to-use, layered bass drums, processed to sound impeccable on festival sound systems, headphones, and mobile devices. Chicola’s groove section features syncopated loops that add essential dance energy to any track. The synth arps section contains melodic lines and sequences with modulations, tonal variations, filters, and effects, elevating any progressive house, minimal, deep-tech, organic, or techno production.
The atmospheric folder includes ambient pads, background synths, otherworldly noises, sci-fi ambience, and deep emotional melodies, suitable for movie soundtracks and avant-garde dance singles. The drum hits folder has one-shots, clicks, wooden block hits, laser hits, toms, claps, synth bleeps, and cowbells. The FX section showcases swooshes, swipes, homemade synth sounds, and oscillator noises – ideal for adding sci-fi and horror vibes to your music.
