FabFilter Timeless 3 is an extremely powerful and versatile delay plugin. Although A little complex structure at the base with the Delay Offset and Delay Time Pan Ratio that many don’t find easy to dial In at first, but once you get a desired delay line, then the amount of features, MIDI capabilities, envelope options and easy modulation flexibility makes Timeless 3 a monster packed delay / reverb plugin.
Many of the factory presets I noticed have sliders for easy customisation of presets for users, Embrays Designs took it a step further and used XY instead, and the Output / result was brilliant, fun and flexible. Most of the presets on this pack have an average of 8 to 10 parameters linked to X and Y combined, But some presets have upwards of 20 to 25 parameters linked to XY, XY automating so many params results in a delay line that is just crazy wild, unique and creative.
All the presets are based on basic short or long delay structure making them easy and useful and areas studio ready as possible. But what makes it unique and powerful than other delay plugin is the ability to use XY to live manipulate / mod the delay lines, record the XY automations and get an overall amazing evolving, in-motion, dynamic and unique delays and reverbs.
One of Embrays Designs best creative preset project yet, I’m 100% confident that everyone’s going to enjoy these presets a lot and will find tons n tons of uses in their studio projects and live shows.
