Elements of rock are fused with contemporary, progressive styles. This makes Rock Fusion really heavy, as well as musical and experimental. Distorted and crisp guitar sounds are wonderfully complemented by electric bass and synth bass in the low end. Synthesizers, organs and piano add musical depth to the whole thing, while jazzy solos on saxophone, trumpet and synthesizers step into the spotlight when needed. Rock Fusion comes with 5 extensive construction kits and includes 2.6 GB of sample material and almost 650 loops and phrases. Each kit contains 3 or 4 musical parts as well as intro and outro. The construction kits are equipped with extended loops, sophisticated chord progressions and riffs, key changes and numerous instrument options, making them very flexible. Creating complete song arrangements is a breeze. The tempos in the kits range from 120 to 138 BPM.
As always, the highest standards have been used for a flawless sound quality of the recordings. All guitar phrases are available as microphone versions and as DIs. The former allows instant access to a perfect, ready-to-mix sound, while the latter allows you to add your own amp simulations and effects. The DI and amp versions of the electric bass can be easily mixed together to get just the right level. The synth bass then adds the final pinch of sub-bass. The drums are available both as a pre-mixed drum mix for immediate use and as individual loops for kick (microphone inside and microphone outside), snare, hihat, toms, cymbals, overheads and room, so you can fully customize your own drum mix.
Rock Fusion’s construction kits are ideal for media composers with a weakness for progressive rock. They are also perfect inspiration material for songwriters and producers who want to create their own instrumentals or songs.
Rock Fusion requires Ueberschall’s Elastik Player (provided). Elastik Player is available to PC and Mac users (VST, AU and AAX) and is standalone compatible too.
