Satoshi Kajii has released StereoLoco, available for $1.99.
StereoLoco is an audio effect which makes a monaural audio signal stereophonic.
Just insert this plugin in AUv3 host and effect your audio source. There are 2 sliders, one of which (buffer size) determines incoming audio sample size 2^N (default N = 11), the other (stereonize) adjusts stereo image (from -500 to 500. Double-click will return 0).
The standalone supports IAA, so you can use this app together with a popular app AudioShare.
