In anything from heavy, power, progressive and symphonic to the most peripheral styles of extreme metal, keyboards are a given. Aside from the self-explanitory Intros and Outros sections featuring different takes on dramatic, haunting and doom-laden parts to kick off or round off a song, this MIDI pack is organized in three distinct categories. In each included “song,” there are Pad Progressions, Themes and Arpeggios sections, each giving you a variety of takes on chord progressions for use as pads, riff-like themes and, finally, repeating melodic figures that you can add your own basslines or chords behind.
