Riot Audio have released Industry, available at the intro price of £89.00, increasing to £119.00 after the promotion.
Industry is a sample-based sound design engine focused on gritty, dark soundscapes, pads and percussive presets with an industrial flavour. Its category-based sound design architecture in combination with an intelligent Randomize function allows for endless combinations of instant new highly usable presets.
Industry is a three layer virtual instrument drawing on mechanical, electric and synthesised/processed sounds. The sound design architecture is based on a combination of seven sound categories:
- Basic synth
- Complex synth
- Engines
- Granular (tonal)
- Loops
- Granular (non-tonal)
- Noise
Each category has a particular function and properties which can be used to quickly come up with new sound combinations for specific purposes.
