Venus Theory and Dave Hilowitz have released String Flows, available at the intro price of $29.00, increasing to $69.00 after the promotion.
String Flows is a string library designed to inspire in modern productions. Crafted exclusively for Decent Sampler, this library offers a diverse range of evolving and unique articulations, perfect for crafting stunning cinematic scores as a leading element or work to create subtle, shifting underbeds.
Every sound in String Flows was designed, recorded, and edited by Venus Theory and David Hilowitz. Capturing the warm, organic tones of a variety of homemade and standard cellos, violas, and violins using high-quality ribbon microphones.
Taking these source sounds even further, we’ve combined these pristine recordings with a set of “shifts,” which are versions of the recordings processed and edited with boutique effects pedals and advanced DAW techniques. This allows you to create a wide range of sounds, from subtle and atmospheric to bold and experimental.
With the “Cascade” knob, you can seamlessly blend between three distinct articulations, featuring up to 27 total players.
The fully editable layer system gives you complete control over your sound. Adjust the tuning, panning, and volume of each layer in the cascade to create truly unique and personalized soundscapes, with each of these controls also being fully automatable.
String Flows offers a premium sound at an affordable price. With a focus on unique and interesting articulations, this library goes beyond traditional string libraries, providing a versatile toolkit for contemporary media composition.
