Plughugger have released Stargate, available at the intro price of €9.90, increasing to €19.90 after the promotion. The offer ends February 16th.
Stargate is a space-inspired collection sounds that explores the boundaries between ambient and the cinematic. It’s a soundset that focuses heavy on large spaces, strange retro-futuristic sounds and mysterious sequences and arpeggios.
The creative process for making the sounds was mainly by focusing on the dualistic nature of u-he Repro 1 and 5. While Repro-5 excels at beautiful and spacious pads and polysynths, we pushed into strange sequence-like sonic territories using the scale-quantization tools in the Repro modulation. With Repro-1 we programmed traditional arpeggios and sequences, but worked a lot with the waveshaper to create harsh and more digital sounding waveforms.
All sounds are properly tagged making finding sounds easy (both Natively in Repro as well as in Native Instruments Maschine and Komplete Kontrol). The soundset also supports audio previews for Maschine and Komplete Kontrol.
