Sections MIDI Generator for Live 12 generates random notes distributed over user defined sections within a MIDI clip.
The ‘Shift’ section provides sliders that offset randomly generated notes over the number of sections allow you to create an ideal pattern or shape for the notes to follow.
The ‘Spread’ section provides sliders that determine the pitch distribution of the randomly generated notes allowing different sections of a clip to have wider or narrower pitch ranges.
The ‘Length’ section provides 4 sliders that set the probability of different note lengths for randomly generated notes. The options are: 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1.0.
Sections requires Ableton Live 12 Standard with MaxforLive, Ableton Live 12 Suite (not included).
