80’s Dreamer is a Reason Refill packed with 50 nostalgic synth patches, paying tribute to the iconic sounds of 80s music. Built around the Polytone synth and enhanced by three powerful effects—Ripley Delay, Quartet Chorus, and RV7000 MkII Reverb—all housed within the Combinator device, this soundbank takes you on an emotional, nostalgic journey through a beloved musical era.
Featuring a wide range of presets, 80’s Dreamer offers adventurous synth tones, dark vintage textures, shimmering bright keys, fluid evolving sounds, classic new age vibes, iconic 80s polysynths, and dreamy explorations that capture the essence of the decade. The Combinator device allows for quick and intuitive edits, giving you control over the amp envelope, filter cutoff, resonance, and type, as well as the oscillator waveforms and their fine-tuning settings. You can also toggle the three effects on or off with ease. For an added touch of character, activate the “Vintagize” button to simulate the warmth and imperfections of a 3 decades-old analog synth.
