TfxEcho
TfxEcho is an echo effect AudioUnit Extension plugin. It uses delay lines which are inspired by BBD (bucket brigade device). BBD is used in various analog delay unit and is known for its warm and dark sound. The delay line uses fixed length buffer and an artificial clock to sample input signal in variable sampling rate. When the delay time is changed, the delay line can produce pitch change effect which is similar to the behavior of the BBD based analog delay unit.
The delay line is inspired by BBD, but it is not emulation of the any particular BBD. Unlike the typical BBD based delay unit, frequency range of the delay line is not limited. The delay line is capable to capture signal in higher frequency up to about 22KHz.
VADrumSM
VADrumSM is a standalone mobile drum machine featuring a virtual analog drum synthesizer and a step sequencer. The virtual analog drum synthesizer supports AUv3 Audio Unit Extensions, which allows users to use the drum synthesizer inside of AUv3 hosts, such as Apple’s GarageBand®. The sequencer supports Ableton Link. You can synchronize the sequencer to Link-enabled apps and devices.
The drum synthesizer is inspired by the iconic analog drum machines of the 1980’s and features 21 drum voices. Sounds of the each drum voices are synthesized in real time by using component level modeling.
Pads function as XY controllers, XY controllers with trigger, or drum pads. When using pads as XY controllers, destination can be selected from tone/decay, level or pitch.
The step sequencer is designed to be intuitive and easy to program drum sequences. It is a 16 step sequencer and it has 3 accent level for the each step. Double hit mode allows to program two 32nd notes instead of the one 16th note. There are 4 patterns and can be chained to create 4 bar loop. There are 6 variations of swing, which can be applied in real time.
All XY parameters (tone, level and pitch) and voice switches can be automated, that gives a whole new sonic possibility.
17 output buses, including a mix output and 16 instrument outputs of Drum Synthesizer can be routed to main output and 4 aux mixers. AUv3 effects can be inserted to each channels. Sum of the 4 aux mixers outputs can be routed to Audiobus’s second output port.
VADrum2
VADrum2 is a virtual analog drum machine for iPhone, iPad and Mac. VADrum2 consists of drum synthesizer, effects and a sequencer. ChStrip
ChStrip is an AudioUnit Extension channel strip plugin which contains an equalizer and a compressor for tracking and mixing. The equalizer is a three band EQ consists of low shelving filter, mid peak / notch filter and high shelving filter. The compressor is a dynamic range compression module uses feed-back topology for natural and musical sound. Both of the equalizer and compressor are not emulation of the particular hardware, but they are build by incorporating the techniques used for the analog circuit modeling.
TfxMod
TfxMod is a chorus / flanger effect AudioUnit Extension plugin. It uses delay lines which are inspired by BBD (bucket brigade device). The delay line is identical to the delay line of the TfxEcho except its buffer length. The delay line uses fixed length buffer and an artificial clock to sample input signal in variable sampling rate. TfxReverb
TfxReverb is a reverb effect AudioUnit Extension plugin. It uses algorithm to generate digital reverb sound. TfxReverb is designed for simple and easy operation. When auto size mode is enabled, number of parameters can be controlled by a single dial to adjust size of the reverb sound, which can be synced to tempo.
