Fracture Sounds have released Blueprint: Textural Cello, available as a FREE download.
Textural Cello is the counterpart to Textural Violin, featuring texturally rich articulations originally conceived by composer and Trails collaborator Alexander Parsons.
It includes two expressive long articulations, a short Col Legno, and eery bend effects—all enhanced by our signature Atmosphere Layer, which transforms the raw cello recordings into an evocative soundscape.
Blueprint: Textural Cello offers fill NKS support. Harnessing the power of Native Instruments’ Komplete Kontrol keyboards, you have full hands-on control of the instrument, using the built-in display and parameter controls on the keyboard. This also means that Blueprint: Textural Cello is accessible to blind and visually impared musicians. Furthermore, Blueprint: Textural Cello is compatible with the free Kontakt Player, with activation through Native Access, meaning you can use the library without purchasing any additional software. You can download Kontakt Player from the Native Instruments website.
Features include:
- Solo cello with close mic
- Four textural articulation
- Unique Atmosphere Layer
- Delay and reverb controls with additional settings and types
- Simple and user-friendly interface
