Bass Driver is a multi-band overdrive / amp sim based on the SansAmp Bass Driver DI and featuring parametric crossovers to enable heavy sculpting of bass tones to achieve a modern balanace and texture.
The Cabinets
Bass Driver features 4 carefully selected bass guitar cabinets and 4 microphone emulations plus a parallel D.I signal with a console style compressor that can be blended with ambient reverb.
The Impulse Response Loader
The impulse Loader let’s you load up to two 3rd party impulse responses and blend them together and mix D.I pre/post.
Bass Driver also features a bass enhancer and noise gate, the bass enhancer having been inspired by the Little Labs Voice Of God to increase bass low end.
Bass Driver is available to PC, Mac and iOS users (VST2, VST3, AU, AAX and AUv3) and requires an iLok account.
