Konstantin Klem Releases Device Matrix 2 – For Max For Live

Konstantin Klem has released Device Matrix 2, available for $29.99 + tax.

What’s new in version 2.0:

  • Device Matrix now supports up to 100 tracks
  • Project color coding import; Arm tracks directly from the Matrix
  • Edit pan directly from the Matrix
  • Edit reverb parameters from the Matrix;
  • Edit saturator parameters from the Matrix
  • Disable effects in a chain without turning off the instrument
  • Effect highlighting based on type
  • Improved performance in most use cases

Device Matrix 2 is a Max for Live plug-in that lets you display and control up to 1000 Ableton Live (or VST) instruments and effects on a single screen. It’s the perfect assistant for mixing, sound design, and music production.

The new version of the plug-in comes with a revamped architecture — some modules have been rewritten in JavaScript for improved performance. You can now work with up to 100 tracks and enjoy powerful new visualization features for Ableton Live, including project color code import and effect-based cell highlighting. It’s a whole new way to see your project. Overall, the plug-in is faster, smoother, and more intuitive.

Features include:

  • Enable and disable devices (including VST plug-ins) or chains across the entire project;
  • Quickly adjust Dry/Wet parameters for any native device or VST plug-in;
  • Select track from the Device Matrix;
  • Instant project overview;
  • Statistics.

Device Matrix 2 requires Ableton Live 12.1 or later with Max For Live.
