BOOM Library have released Magic – Alchemy, available at the intro price of €183.20, increasing to €229.00 after the promotion.
Magic – Alchemy is BOOM Library’s latest entry in its acclaimed Magic series. Inspired by the reactive world of magical chemistry, this new sound effects library was recorded in a real, makeshift laboratory and is designed to bring character-rich, short-format magic to professional sound designers in games, film, audio drama, and beyond.
Magic – Alchemy complements BOOM’s existing titles MAGIC – Arcane Forces and Magic – Wisp, but with a focus on tighter, faster, and more naturally recorded magical elements. Rather than cinematic blasts or ethereal swirls, this new library captures the grounded sonic chaos of bubbling potions, fizzing tinctures, sizzling spell reactions, and carefully layered enchantments.
The library includes both a Construction Kit of raw, cleanly recorded elements and a set of Designed sounds for instant integration. All Designed assets are categorised into Holy, Cursed, or Neutral, helping audio professionals quickly match the emotional tone of their scenes or interactive events.
