BM M800 KK is a THU expansion library, created by Bert Meulendijk, seeking to recreate the sound of a Marshall JCM800 Kerry King signature head.
This amp is a modded 800, in which a particular shaping and boosting circuit has been added according to Kerry King “reverse shape” EQ. It is controlled by two additional controls: the Beast switch and the Assault knob.
The amp has been captured with multiple settings of these parameters as well as with multiple cabinets.
Also the Power Amp stage is equipped with KT88 power tubes instead of the usual EL34, delivering a more raw and edgy tone.

The library also includes two unique effects designed with Bert Meulendijk.
The Stryverb is a rich and lush reverb effect, with a long and modulated tail, with a very modern vibe.
