Aberrant DSP have released Cataclysm, available at the intro price of $24.00, increasing to $36.00 after the promotion.

Cataclysm is a signal destruction machine from a paranoid time. Inspired by malfunctioning test equipment, illegal wiretaps, and classic analog hardware, Cataclysm brings chaotic circuitry into the digital age.

  • Central Drive module with in-depth waveshaping, gating, and tone controls
  • Tone Circuitry module including unfaithful approximations of three classic guitar amps
  • Time-domain Pitch Shifter with two independent voices
  • Lofi Looper with three Recording Mediums (Tape, BBD, Data) and adjustable quality
  • Hum low-frequency drone oscillator
  • Stereo Chorus module with bass frequency preservation and 4 waveshapes
  • Amplitude Modulation module with 4 waveshapes for tremolo and ring mod effects
  • Envelope Follower module that can modulate Drive, Resonator, and Hum modules
  • Delay-Based Stereo Resonator module with tunable resonant pitch
  • Stereo Delay module with three Recording Mediums (Tape, BBD, Data)
  • Global Mix control
  • Instructional computer display for built-in operational assistance
  • Custom preset system with 92 factory presets declassifying Cataclysm’s signal processing
