Orchestral Tools have released Low End Orchestra, available at the intro price of €399.00, increasing to €549.00 after the promotion. The offer ends January 4th.
Low End Orchestra is a new scoring tool that redefines the contemporary orchestra with a bass-heavy sound, symmetrical spatial movement, and extensive microphone options for immersive mixing.
Recorded at AIR Studios Lyndhurst with top UK musicians, this collection features large ensembles of bass-heavy strings, woodwinds, and brass, complemented by sub-bass and sound design elements.
The library emphasizes spatial movement, with instruments repositioned to create a symmetrical layout and sounds designed to move across the X and Y axes for dynamic stereo and surround mixing.
It includes specialized ensembles such as 16 and 22 celli, contrabass strings, rare bass woodwinds like contra-alto flutes and contrabass clarinets, and a powerful low brass section.
Beyond standard articulations, the Low End Orchestra offers experimental spatial articulations with directional control, and utilizes 21 microphone positions for detailed spatial mixing.
Additionally, re-amped analog synth patches and over 50 processed patches created by sound designers are included for optimal layering and standalone use, all designed to blend seamlessly with existing Orchestral Tools libraries.
