Fernando Morales has released an update for Piano Motifs with new additions and fixes, currently available for only $3.99 with optional in-app purchases that unlock MIDI out, AUv3 support and a tip jar.
What’s new in version 4.105:
- • Added new option to the Drone
- Accompaniment Style. You can now specify for the Drone Accompaniment to be a Dyad (2 notes of a chord). The Dyad can be the 1- 5 (root and 5th), 1-3 (root and 3rd) or 3-5 (3rd and 5th). The Dyad drone adds a subtle harmonic color and texture without the fullness of a chord. This is great for Ambient tracks.
- • Fixed crash that can happen when calculating the number of chord notes for Rolled Chords (AUv3 plugin only).
- • Fixed a crash that can occur when changing from Bluetooth to Speakers and vice versa.
- • Fixed issue where setting a lock for the Drone Accomp Style isn’t working correctly.
Piano Motifs is an app that generates short, original, beautiful melodies. With Piano Motifs you can:
