Koshiba, Yukawa & Kajita By IceWorks Are On Offer

iceWorks have reduced the price of Koshiba, Yukawa and Kajita for a limited time, each now only $5.00, (usually $6.99).

Koshiba

Koshiba is a 16-step gate sequencer plugin effect that can transform a sustained sound into a rhythmic phrase.

Each step of the gate is synchronized to the beat of the DAW, and has different volume, PAN, filter, LFO, and envelope parameters. The steps can be tied together to create longer gates, and Koshiba includes a filtered delay that allows you to set a different amount of FX sends for each step.

Features include:

  • It is compatible with iPad and iPhone and has multiple screen layouts optimized for different screen sizes.
  • You can use this AUv3 pluginn in a host application that supports Audio Unit Extensions (AUv3).
  • You can stream live audio directly to an Audiobus compatible application. See https://audiob.us for more information.
  • Link is a technology that keeps devices in time over a local network. See https://www.ableton.com/link/ for more information.
  • Core MIDI, Virtual MIDI, Inter-App Audio MIDI Input.
  • MIDI clock synchronization.
  • MIDI controller mapping

Yukawa

ukawa is an AUv3 compatible effect plugin that combines a tempo-synchronized multi-tap delay that produces rhythmic phrases, a modifiable stereo delay, and a DJ mixer-style filter.

This delay has 16 taps with the same delay time as a sixteenth note. Not only can you set the volume and pan for each tap, but you can also set the cutoff frequency and resonance with an independent filter for each tap. You can set a damp parameter that gradually reduces the treble or bass as the feedback sound repeats.

A stereo delay packed with various functions in a simple UI. It works not only as a simple stereo delay, but also as a ping-pong delay that has the effect of moving sounds left and right. Not only can you specify the delay time in milliseconds, but you can also synchronize the tempo. Modulation allows you to create a chorus-like modulation effect sound. It has negative feedback and can also add distortion and noise.

The DJ mixer style filter allows you to seamlessly control the Low Pass and High Pass filters with a single knob. The cutoff frequency is modulatable. You can also overdrive to create a distorted filter sound.

On the routing setting screen, you can set where and how much to send the signal.

It is compatible with iPad and iPhone and has multiple screen layouts optimized for different screen sizes. It’s also available to MacOS users.

You can use this AUv3 Plugin in a host application that supports Audio Unit Extensions (AUv3).

Kajita

Kajita combines two-stage multi-tap stereo delay with reverb, allowing you to create complex spatial effects.

All delay taps are time-modifiable to create chorus effects and undulating delay sounds.

The first stage delay has an “Eary Reflections” section as included in the reverb effect.

There is a saturator at the input of the second stage delay, and it is possible to create a sound in which the amount of distortion increases each time feedback is repeated.

The second stage delay has a total of eight taps: feedback tap, cross feedback tap, five output taps, and cross out tap. Output taps are divided into two groups, which are connected to filters and panners, respectively. Also, the three taps connected to the panner have their own filters.

Reverb can control the volume and filter of early reflection sound and tail sound separately.
