Cozy Piano is a beautifully intimate lo-fi upright piano built for quiet inspiration and emotional storytelling. Warm, soft, and gently imperfect, it brings the comforting feel of a real home recording into your tracks, with a natural space that supports delicate melodies, expressive chords, and subtle textures.
Whether you are writing late at night, sketching a cinematic cue, or creating understated underscore, Cozy Piano delivers a lofi tone that sits effortlessly in a mix and stays out of the way of your ideas.
Captured in Thuir, France during a late-night session on March 17, 2025, Cozy Piano is a multi-sampled Remeau Upright piano recorded in a spacious living room, positioned near a staircase with plenty of breathing room behind it for a more open and natural resonance. The instrument was recorded with a Tascam FR-AV2 and a pair of Rode NT5 microphones in an XY stereo configuration, preserving a realistic stereo image, intimate detail, and a subtle, lived-in ambience that feels instantly musical.
Cosy Piano requires a full version of Kontakt 5 or later, Decent Sampler or Soundbox and more. It’s also available as a plugin (VST2, VST3 and AU).
