Slapshot
Carve Audio’s Slapshot is a slap delay plugin designed to enhance depth and width in mixes without introducing muddiness, a common issue with traditional reverb and delay effects.
It achieves a bigger, more dimensional sound by utilizing slap delay and integrated processing to ensure the effect remains smooth, focused, and easily blendable with the dry signal, eliminating the need for extensive EQ or other corrective tools.
Slapshot offers versatile stereo, mono, and BPM-synced modes, along with high-pass/low-pass filters and optional LoFi/Drive controls, making it suitable for vocals, guitars, and keys to add clarity and character without sacrificing impact.
Busboy
Busboy is a versatile audio processing tool designed to enhance the tone, clarity, and cohesion of mixes, offering a simplified workflow for professional results.
It integrates rich high and low shelves with precise high- and low-pass filters, allowing users to sculpt frequencies effectively without introducing unwanted mud or harshness.
The built-in compressor emulates the warmth and glue of classic bus chains, with a flexible pre/post EQ switch to tailor its response for different mixing needs.
A final limiter acts as a finishing touch for clean peak control, ensuring mixes are balanced, stable, and finished without sacrificing dynamics.
