Muletone Audio have released Sonic Texture, available at the intro price of $27.99, increasing to $39.99 after the promotion.
Sonic Texture is an ambience and sound effects library. Muletone Audio combined natural sound elements, a wide variety of synthesizers, and percussive effects into a single instrument. Each section offers five selectable options, each with an individual control interface.
The library includes delay / diffusion effects, a plate reverb, and 16 custom ambient impulse responses, each with its own unique character and spatial depth. A dedicated arpeggiator tab is also included, offering additional creative possibilities.
The Nature sound effects are organized into five categories: River, Rain, Wind, Birds, and Night Jungle. Fifteen long-duration soundscapes.

The Synths section features over 16 selectable banks, each with 5 different patches totaling 80 distinct sounds. Each bank can be selected using the arrow controls in its respective section.
- The Wide Layers – Long and lush pads crafted using a famous 90s synthesizer.
- Otherside Pads – Lush and grainy sounds. Slow attack and long spacial pads.
- Dark Textures – Sustains crafted using multiple sources and textures from different synths.
- Desolated Brass – Classic synth brass sounds crafted using famous synthesizers from the 80s, 84, and 91.
- Windmaker – Manipulated woodwind samples with rich sustains and varied textures.
- Atmospheres – Texture pads created from different sources and manipulations of classic 90s synths.
- Space Strings – A blend of synths featuring wavetable, modular, and 90s-style sounds.
- Classic Sub Bass – Synth basses featuring classic sub-bass sounds from synthesizers and drum machines.
- Analog Textures – Classic 80s synthesizer with multiple source types, including basses, leads, and pads.
- Underground Depths – Obscure and dirty sounds crafted from various wavetable synths.
- Grandiose – Epic and powerful synths suitable for movies, ambience, and vintage styles.
- Vintage 80s – Classic vintage synths from the Eighties.
- Drones – Slow and spatial sounds, ideal for long sustains and static notes.
- Noisy Modular – Modular and vintage-style synths.
- Big Planet – A classic Blue synthesizer featuring a wide range of source types, including basses, leads, and pads.
- Deep Textures – Classic ’84 synthesizer featuring long sustains and synthetic string–based sounds.
The Percussion section includes various percussive effects with random effect loops, which can also be triggered individually via midi map. Each bank can be switched using the arrow controls in its respective section.
