AURA is a spectral EQ filter and saturation plugin that introduces weight, intensity, and forward momentum across the mix. It cuts brittle high-mids and enhances low-end impact. This is not a transparent plugin.
Controls:
- SURGE: A finely tuned spectral EQ curve designed to smooth harshness and reinforce low-end weight. At 100%, you’re hearing the full intended response. Scale it back if you want less intensity. You can turn this off entirely.
- FURY: Saturation. It gets aggressive quickly. Use this sparingly. You can also turn this off entirely.
Originally designed as an analog-modeled EQ, that preamp reshaped my entire mix when placed across the master bus. The change wasn’t subtle. It added density and authority in a way I hadn’t been able to recreate anywhere else.
AURA is available to PC and Mac users (VST, AU and AAX).
