Excite Audio’s Evolve Air is a sample-based synthesizer designed to create atmospheric and ethereal sounds, drawing inspiration from artists like Tim Hecker and Brian Eno.
It features a powerful quad-engine that allows blending of four layers, each capable of hosting either sample-based instruments or synth oscillators, with the ability to import user samples.
The instrument offers over 250 presets, encompassing distant vocals, ghostly pads, and cinematic spaces, providing an emotional and weightless sonic palette.
Key features include an expressive XY Pad for real-time sound morphing, one-click randomization for creative sparks, and drag-and-drop modulation capabilities.
Evolve Air incorporates four distinct macro effects – Mist, Drift, Frost, and Cloud – specifically crafted to add texture, movement, and ethereal qualities to sounds.
