Joe Topjian has updated Rivet 01 – Console, available as a FREE download.
What’s new in version 1.1.0:
- Includes In-App Purchases for optional tipping. Tipping does not unlock any additional features as all features are already available.
- Console now works as a standalone app and not just an AUv3 plugin
Rivet 01 – Console is a console-style saturation and drive AUv3 built for Techno and Industrial. Put it on a drum bus, synth bus or mix bus to add weight, grit and “glue”, from subtle warmth to aggressive crunch.
Console is an AUv3 MIDI effect and requires a compatible host app. It does not run as a standalone instrument.
Console combines a fast, punchy drive stage with a console EQ + saturation circuit, plus oversampling for cleaner high-drive tones when you need it.
Console is part of Joe’s Rivet series of AUv3 effects plugins targeting techno and industrial genres. Rivet plugins are based on the amazing open-source Airwindows DSP code and are made available free.

- Console-style overdrive and EQ
- High pass filtering, pre and post EQs
Rivet 01 – Console requires an AUv3-compatible iOS/iPadOS host (for example: AUM, Audiobus, Logic Pro, GarageBand, Loopy Pro etc.)
