Auddict Release Key – For Kontakt

Auddict have released Key, available at the intro price of $53.00, increasing to $130.00 after the promotion.

Key is a virtual nyckelharpa instrument featuring AI-powered processing for enhanced realism, offering 10 distinct articulations and three microphone positions.

This virtual instrument is performed by Vicki Swan, a renowned nyckelharpa player whose credits include major film and TV scores such as The Northman and The Witcher.

Key utilizes Auddict’s proprietary AI-powered phase convergence and audio merging technologies, which aim to eliminate artifacts and achieve a realism at least twice that of standard sampling techniques.

The instrument boasts an extensive range of articulations, including two legato types, separate up-bow and down-bow longs, genuine mordents, staccato, spiccato, pizzicato, and a blendable mechanical key noise layer.

With three mic positions (Close, Mid, Far), users have granular control over the sonic perspective, from intimate detail to spacious ambient depth.

The interface is designed for an effortless workflow, featuring clear articulation selection, mic control, and built-in mixing and FX suite including EQ, reverb, and stereo width.

Key provides composers with a deeply expressive and realistic nyckelharpa sound.
