Loopmasters and Loopcloud have announced the recent addition of Satin Velour – 2000s RnB Vocals by Vital Vocals.
Introducing Satin Velour – 2000s RnB Vocals, a collection of velvet-drenched vocal performances crafted for RnB, soul, neo-soul, and beyond. Oozing warmth, intimacy, and late-night emotion, this pack features four original songs by vocalist Miki Rose.
Each song is key and tempo labelled for seamless integration into your projects, with stems thoughtfully arranged into leads, harmonies, and full acapellas—giving you complete creative control and effortless workflow.
Miki Rose is a versatile singer-songwriter, splitting her time between London and Los Angeles. Her distinctive sound blends soulful melodies and R&B harmonies with subtle electronic influences. A scholarship led her to study at Berklee College of Music in Boston, where she focused on voice performance, music business, and songwriting. Although originally from Brighton, England, Miki Rose’s upbringing involved a global journey, with her family living in Paris, Kuala Lumpur, and Dallas.
Miki, an early graduate of Berklee, relocated to Los Angeles and began creating vocal ‘flips’ over beats she discovered on SoundCloud. Her profile rose significantly after releasing a flip of Stwo’s “Morphans” (Stwo has worked with artists like Drake and 6lack). This success led to an introduction to Brighton-based producer El. Train (known for his work with Barney Artist, PippMillet, and Jerome Thomas). Miki was subsequently featured on the lead single, “Control,” from El. Train’s “Somewhere In Between” EP. This track was later remixed by the Amsterdam-based producer Jengi, formerly known as Jengi Beats.
Her performance history includes a range of venues in London, such as Oslo Hackney, Miranda Ace Hotel Shoreditch, White Post Hackney Wick, The Four Quarters Peckham, and Cargo LDN. In the US, she has played at several locations in Downtown LA and Hollywood, including The Study, Unplug’d LA, and House of Blues. Additionally, Miki has been featured at festivals like BBC Radio Two’s Carfest North, Carfest South, Peckham Rye Festival, and MarVista ArtWalk.
