Loopmasters proudly presents a brand new fusion collection: House of Istanbul! Blending the driving energy and modern production of house music with traditional Turkish and Middle Eastern instruments and melodies, this pack stands as a testament to Nodus’s unique ability to merge genres and cultures into a cohesive, forward-thinking sound.
Nodus, CEO and founder of Houseyounite, is the project of DJ Serdar Ayyıldız—an artist who has amassed millions of streams across YouTube and Spotify. After achieving widespread success, he made the decision to return to his roots, focusing once again on the Tech House and House sounds that shaped the early stages of his career as a producer and DJ.
Nodus represents a deeper, more underground direction—born from a desire to reconnect with his original artistic identity. With releases already backed by some of the world’s leading record labels, the Nodus name is rapidly becoming a staple across dance floors, nightclubs, and DJ playlists worldwide.
Featuring a wide range of loops, phrases, one-shots, and MIDI files, House of Istanbul delivers a comprehensive toolkit for building tracks from the ground up. Expect deep basslines, crisp hats, punchy kicks, rolling toms, dynamic fills, and a rich selection of percussion—including darbuka and daf—to form a solid rhythmic foundation. On top, you’ll find expressive saz loops, guitar riffs, luscious cellos, shimmering ney flutes, and clarinet melodies. Rounding things off are synth lines infused with Arabic scales and processed Arabic vocals, all designed to sit effortlessly within your house productions.
With all loops running between 122–126 BPM, House of Istanbul sits in the sweet spot for house music, and offers maximum flexibility, making it easy to mix, match, and integrate sounds directly into your productions.
A personal note..
Istanbul is a bridge where dozens of cultures converge and I’m a producer who built my studio right in the middle of that bridge. Drawing inspiration from this unique intersection. While working with some of the finest musicians in Istanbul under my real name, Serdar, I created a new artistic persona: Nodus. Through Nodus, I aim to share these experiences with the world.
Many of the sounds you’ll hear were personally recorded by me, capturing the essence of these collaborations. I’m making them available for you to use, explore, and build upon. I hope you enjoy them, use them in your own music, and inspire me to create even more.
